CMP Sensor Removal and Installation
NOTE: Although a numbered sequence is shown, these "*1" indicated parts are separate components. If removal or replacement of one of the components is needed, it is not necessary to remove the other.

Torque: N·m (kgf·m, lbf·ft)
Replace
Intake Side (CMP Sensor A)
1.
Intake Air Resonator - Remove
NOTE: Remove intake pipe as needed to access CMP Sensor A.
2.
CMP Sensor A - Remove
3.
All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with a new O-ring.
4.
CKP Pattern - Clear/Learn
NOTE: When replacing the CMP sensor A, do this procedure.
Exhaust Side (CMP Sensor B)
1.
Intake Air Resonator - Remove
NOTE: Remove intake pipe as needed to access CMP Sensor B.
2.
CMP Sensor B - Remove
3.
All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with a new O-ring.
