Rocker Arm Assembly Removal and Installation

NOTE: How to read the torque specifications.

1.	Air Cleaner - Remove

2.	12 Volt Battery - Remove

3.	Throttle Body Inlet Pipe - Remove

4.	Camshaft - Remove

5.	Sealing Bolt - Remove

Remove the sealing bolt (A) and the washer (B).

NOTE: When the new washer is installed, apply new engine oil to the new washer surfaces.

6.	Rocker Arm Assembly - Remove

Remove the rocker shaft bolts (A).

Remove the intake rocker shaft (A), the exhaust rocker shaft (B), the intake rocker arm assemblies (C), the exhaust rocker arm assemblies (D), and the thrust washers (E).

7.	All Removed Parts - Install

Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
