Front Lower Arm Removal and Installation

NOTE: How to read the torque specifications.

1.	Vehicle - Lift

2.	Front Wheel - Remove

3.	Engine Undercover - Remove

4.	Stabilizer Link - Disconnect

Disconnect both sides of the stabilizer link from the stabilizer bar.

5.	Stabilizer Bushing Holder - Remove

Remove both sides of the stabilizer bushing holder from the stabilizer bar.

6.	Lower Arm - Remove

Remove the lower arm (A).

NOTE:

Use new lower arm mounting bolts during reassembly.

During reassembly, loosely install new flange nuts (B), then tighten them to the specified torque in the numbered sequence shown.

Loosely install the nuts and/or bolts to install the bushings, load the suspension with the vehicle’s weight, and then tighten the nuts and/or bolts to the specified torque.

7.	All Removed Parts - Install

Install all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.

8.	Wheel Alignment - Check
