DTC B2A60-A2: Power Supply Voltage Too Low (Multipurpose Camera Unit)
DTC U3006-16: Power Supply Voltage Too Low (Millimeter Wave Radar)
NOTE:
Before performing a troubleshooting, check the 12 volt battery voltage. If the voltage is less than 12 volt, charge the battery.
These DTCs are recorded when the voltage supplied to the millimeter wave radar or the multipurpose camera unit drops below 9.5 volt while the vehicle is driving.
The functions of the integrated driver support system that will be temporarily canceled when this DTC is recorded can be confirmed with the DTC troubleshooting index.

Problem verification:

Problem verification

Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

?2.
Clear the DTC with the HDS.


?3.
Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode, then to the ON mode.

?4.
Test-drive the vehicle at speeds 5 mph (8 km/h) or more for at least 5 minutes.

?5.
Check for DTCs with the HDS.

The failure is duplicated. Go to step 2.
     
NO
     
     
     
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Refer to intermittent failures troubleshooting.?

PGM-FI system DTC check:

PGM-FI system DTC check

Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

Check for DTCs with the HDS.

Are any DTCs indicated?

     
YES
     
     
     
Go to the indicated DTC's troubleshooting in the PGM-FI system. After performing a DTC troubleshooting for the PGM-FI system, clear the DTC again.?
     
NO
     
     
     
Check the control unit related to the DTC for loose terminals and poor connections. If no problem is found, replace the control unit related to the DTC.?
