DTC U0420-68: EPS Control Unit Malfunction
NOTE:
Before you troubleshoot, review the general troubleshooting information.
This DTC is recorded when the millimeter wave radar receives the EPS control unit failure information via the F-CAN.
If a DTC is recorded again after it is cleared with the HDS, perform a troubleshooting for the EPS system.
The functions of the integrated driver support system that will be temporarily canceled when this DTC is recorded can be confirmed with the DTC troubleshooting index.

Problem verification:

Problem verification

Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

?2.
Clear the DTC with the HDS.


?3.
Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.

?4.
Turn the vehicle to the ON mode, then wait for at least 6 seconds.

?5.
Check for DTCs with the HDS.
