Push down on the upper hook (A) on the rear seat release lever cap (B) with a trim tool, then remove the rear seat release lever cap.

Turn the hook (A) up and using a small flat tip screwdriver (B), push in the white release tab (C) while pulling out the trunk hook.

Remove the clips (A).

Disconnect the connector (B).

Remove the rear side trim panel (C).

If necessary remove the lid (A), band (B) and hook (C).

Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: Align the marks (A) on the rear seat release cable (B) with the clips (C) as shown.
