Navigation touch panel does not work
Clock will not set to correct time
 
Check the GPS signal
System always comes up in-line diagnostic mode
 
The MID does not display the audio-navigation unit information
 
Voice control does not work/respond

Voice guidance cannot be heard, is broken up, or there is static

Local outage or no local broadcast. Compare to a known-good vehicle of the same year and trim.
